Terry Marshall

Captain

Originally from southwest Missouri, Terry Marshall left the area in 1977 to serve in the United States Air Force. He learned his skills as an Air Traffic Controller serving 5 years in California, Alaska, and Florida. During the Air Traffic Control strike of 1982 he was deployed to New York where after his enlistment he spent the next 23 year as a controller, instructor, and supervisor in New York and several assignments across the United States.

Retired in 2005 from the Springfield Missouri Air Traffic Control Tower, he bought, managed and flew aircraft from the Springfield Airport and the local area. Joining Burgess Aircraft in the summer of 2016, Terry is type rated in the Encore, the Citation 5 and captains the Pilatus.

Married to Brenda, a Commercially rated instrument pilot, they live in Ozark, Missouri.
