Dear Customers and Friends, while the COVID-19 pandemic has drastically reduced the movement of our fleet of aircraft, we are still able to operate flights within the USA, as we are in the essential business of transportation.
Extreme precautions are being taken, including but not limited to, reviewing the nature of each trip before it is booked, not conducting flights into or out of hot spot areas, and not allowing passengers on board the aircraft that have, or have been directly exposed to COVID-19.
Each aircraft is thoroughly sanitized before and after each leg of every flight. Sanitizer and cleaning materials are onboard every flight at all times. Masks and gloves can be provided at passenger’s request and availability.
Due to the extremely limited flights being conducted momentarily, OzAir Charter has temporarily disabled the WiFi services on our aircraft fleet.
WiFi service will return once normal flight operations continue. If your flight requires WiFi, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Our entire Office Staff, Maintenance Department, and Pilots are, and will remain fully employed with our company during these times, and are doing their part to maintain social distancing.
